• What happened, and what you expected to happen

Common questions

How do I delete my account? Open Profile, scroll to Danger Zone, and tap Delete Account. You can also request account deletion by email. This removes your account and its data.

Someone is bothering me. You can block or report a user directly from the app. Reports go to us and we review them.

I’m not getting notifications. Check that notifications are enabled for Hang in your phone’s settings, and that your preferences in the app allow them.
